How to Make Cake at Home without Oven

Sponge cake without oven 

Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour filtered 250 grams
  • Sugar 250 grams
  • Eggs -4
  • Refined /sun flower oil-125ml
  • Baking powder-1 table spoon
  • Vanilla essence -1 table spoon




Preparation method                   

  • Take 250 grams of sugar in mixer jar and grind it into fine powder.
  • Now shift finely powdered sugar into bowl
  • Take mixer big jar and transfer finely powdered sugar
  • Transfer 250 grms of all-purpose flour into same jar
  • Break the eggs and pour yolk into the same mixture carefully                             
  • While breaking the eggs, make sure that shell does not mix up with the mixture.
  • Eggs will serve as good binding agent
  • You can prepare the cake without eggs too.
  • This will be useful for non-vegetarians.
  •  Add 1 table spoon of baking powder .
  •  Add 1 table spoon of vanilla essence.
  • Add 125ml of refined/ sunflower oil
  • Blend the entire mixture with the help of grinding jar
  • You can even mix them with hand or with whisk.
  • I have selected grinding jar because the process gets completed quickly and easily.
  • Grind it till mixture blends very well
  • Take a broad vessel; apply oil to the entire vessel.
  • This will help you to remove the cake quickly.
  • Pour the batter the batter into the vessel.
  • The batter should be less than half of the vessel.
  • Now place a broad thick vessel on the stove and switch it on.
  • Spread thick layer of sand in the thick vessel.
  • Heat it for 15 minutes.
  • Now place the batter vessel on sand and close the batter vessel with lid.
  • You should close the big vessel with another lid too.
  • Now bake the cake on the low flame for 30 minutes.
  • Switch off stove and check the cake
  • You will observe that the batter is puffed up after you open the lid.
  • The cake is ready if it does not stick to your hand when you touch it
  • Remove the batter vessel from the stove
  • Cut it one four sides.
  • Place the batter vessel in big plate upside down.
  • Now the cake is ready
  • Cut it into small rectangular pieces.
  • Polish this cake to get right shape and apply biscuit cream color.
  • Delicious homemade cake is ready to serve
