Hyderabad is known for its biryani recipe as well. Also, there are many types of methods and styles in the preparation of biryani. In this video, I have explained the preparation of chicken dum biryani in restaurant style. In the preparation of chicken dum biryani, I have used Dawat basmati rice.

  • Oil – 1/2 Cup (50 ML)
  • Star Anise – 6
  • Marathi Buds – 8 (Small)
  • Nutmeg – Small Piece
  • Mace – Small Piece
  • Bay Leaves – 3
  • Shajeera – 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Coriander Powder – 1 Table Spoon
  • Cumin Powder – 1/4 Tea Spoon
  • Coriander Leaves – Small Bunch
  • Mint – Small Bunch
  • Green Chilli – 3
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Table Spoons
  • Cardamom – 2
  • Lemon – 1
  • Yellow Food Color -1 Table Spoon
  • Cinnamon – 2 (1 Inch Pieces)
